Trabajadores del Hospital Base Valdivia, se manifestaron en el frontis del recinto, por la notificaci\u00f3n de desvinculaci\u00f3n de cerca de 350 funcionarios que se desempe\u00f1an como honorarios.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

En el frontis del Hospital Base Valdivia (HBV), se manifestaron los funcionarios del recinto para mostrar su postura en contra de la desvinculaci\u00f3n de trabajadores a honorarios, que seg\u00fan explicaron, ser\u00edan cerca de 350 y se producir\u00eda a fines de este mes.<\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo explic\u00f3 el auxiliar titular de medicina, Nelson Azocar, quien afirm\u00f3 que los despidos tendr\u00edan relaci\u00f3n con el termino de contratos para los trabajadores a honorarios.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSe nos inform\u00f3 que va a haber una serie de despidos a fines de mes, por el contrato que termina para los honorarios, y esto conlleva el cierre de 11 camas del servicio de medicina del HBV y de lo cual conlleva a la calidad que se hab\u00eda logrado mantener hasta este minuto a los pacientes que va a disminuir probablemente porque va a faltar camas, kinesi\u00f3logos\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Azocar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3 el auxiliar titular de medicina, la medida afectar\u00eda a cerca de 350 funcionarios del Hospital Base Valdivia, y se dar\u00eda pese a esfuerzos que ha realizado la direcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA nivel hospital son m\u00e1s o menos 350 funcionarios que ser\u00edan desvinculados.<\/strong> La direcci\u00f3n nos inform\u00f3 que est\u00e1n agotando las estrategias para poder mantener a los funcionarios o a una gran cantidad, pero a nivel central no han dado una respuesta\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para finalizar, Azocar llam\u00f3 a la comunidad valdiviana y de la regi\u00f3n a apoyar a los funcionarios, debido a que sus demandas no ser\u00edan salariales \u201csino que para poder entregar una atenci\u00f3n como corresponde\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
