La Secretaria Regional de Medio Ambiente declar\u00f3 la primera\u00a0preemergencia ambiental del a\u00f1o por un episodio cr\u00edtico de mala calidad del aire que se prev\u00e9 para este mi\u00e9rcoles 13 de mayo en Valdivia.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el pron\u00f3stico de calidad del aire de la Secretar\u00eda Regional Ministerial de Medio Ambiente de Los R\u00edos, para este mi\u00e9rcoles 13 de mayo se prev\u00e9 un episodio cr\u00edtico de contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental en Valdivia.<\/p>\n

Por ello, se decidi\u00f3 decretar la primera preemergencia ambiental del Programa de Descontaminaci\u00f3n Atmosf\u00e9rica de Gesti\u00f3n de Episodios Cr\u00edticos de este 2020 en Valdivia, para la\u00a0Zona Territorial A.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Con esta medida, se proh\u00edbe el uso de m\u00e1s de un calefactor a le\u00f1a por vivienda durante todo el d\u00eda; y el uso de los calefactores; cocinas a le\u00f1a; de calderas a le\u00f1a con una potencia t\u00e9rmica nominal menor a 75 kWt; calderas industriales y de calefacci\u00f3n, con una potencia mayor a 75 kWt y que presenten emisiones mayores o iguales a 30 mg\/m3N de material particulado fino; desde las 18:00 hasta las 06:00 horas.<\/p>\n

De esta prohibici\u00f3n se exceptuar\u00e1n los calefactores a le\u00f1a que pertenezcan a los programas de recambio del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente y aquellos que cuenten con un sello de certificaci\u00f3n de la Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles.<\/p>\n

De la misma manera, se eximen de esta prohibici\u00f3n los calefactores y calderas instaladas en establecimientos de la red p\u00fablica de salud, establecimientos de larga estad\u00eda de adultos mayores, hogares de menores, establecimientos educacionales y establecimientos de salud privados (s\u00f3lo hasta quinto a\u00f1o desde entrada en vigencia del plan).<\/p>\n

Las fiscalizaciones est\u00e1n a cargo de la Superintendencia de Medio Ambiente y la Autoridad Sanitaria, por lo que quienes no cumplan, se exponen a multas y sumarios.<\/p>\n
